Stayed during Xmas and the place was festive with Christmas decorations and lights. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering hot tea and coffee in the cozy common room. The location was great, just a short walk away from shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The bathrooms were kept clean with hot showers and plenty of hot water. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable with thin mattresses and creaky frames. The shared kitchen was busy and not always kept as clean as it could have been.

the location was ideal for travelers, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and main tourist attractions. the staff members were very accommodating and helpful whenever I needed assistance. the kitchen and common area were both well, maintained, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable space for relaxing.
During peak season, the hostel tends to get crowded, and the bathrooms may become outdated and congested due to a large number of people.
